
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 cup washed hulled dried peas
- 1 kg smoked pork ribs
- 3 Potatoes, peeled and halved
Instructions:
- Put ribs in cold water and bring to a boil
- Add peas, browned onion and carrot and black pepper. Leave for a 1.5 hour on slow heat
- Add bay leaves and caraway seeds. Put potato and boil more 15 min
